an underrated park with cool views - water front, high rises, bio dome, ferris wheel - you name it! saw a lot of people fishing, very interesting.
Beautiful park to spend some quality time. Good for small group events. BBQ facilities are good and allowed. Public toilets are available but no place for drinking water. People can get a great view of old port. Love that green park.
This is one of my favorites parcs in Montréal! It has a picnic area with lots of benches. The entrance has a private land where you can see surfers on the river. It has washrooms. The location is great as it allows you to see old Montreal, the wheel, circus, and other hot touristic parts. On the other side you can see La Ronde and Parc Jean drapeau. There is a bixi stop. I recommend spend 30 min here and go to Casino, Parc Jean Drapeau or the small island on the north of it . All can be done within the same day.
The parc de Dieppe is a place where you can lose track of time. I highly recommend chilling there with friends or on your own.
A little, beautiful, peaceful park with a stunning view of the old port, the downtown and the Jacques Cartier bridge. A bit to hard to get to on foot, but it's a nice walk when coming from the old Montreal/Port. The area has a few dedicated spots for BBQing.
I used Parc de Dieppe as recommended on the Habitat 67 website as a free parking option with a limited # of spots. I searched the internet high and low for more information and found nothing. I am so glad I drove. The parking is RIGHT NEXT to the gates for Habitat. There must be about 20 spots. About half of the spots were taken when I came for my 10:30 tour on a Wednesday morning. There is also a bixy station right here as well. You can see the Habitat 67 tennis courts in the photos! You take the street opening just next to Habitat, but BEFORE the bridge!
A beautiful park with amzing view of the Saint-Laurent river and downtown Montreal. At the tip of the park, you have a nice wide view of the city, Jean-Drapeau and Jacques-Cartier bridge. During summer, you can bbq and even fish at the lower ends.
Nice place to enjoy a picnic with BBQ with a nice view to the old port! You can get there by bike since the bike path get through it! All services there, bathroom, etc, bin for garbage and even another one for BBQ leftover charcoal :)😎 …
